Warm-up:
With a partner, 2 Rounds each
P1: 1:00 Sandbag Bear Hug Hold
P2: 1:00 Box Jumps, step down
then,
20 Duck Walk Steps
20 Air Squats
20 Duck Walk Steps

Strength:

Rest 2:00 between sets

Met-Con:
12′ Running clock to complete both! If 18.2 is not completed in this time, the amount of reps in the time cap are recorded and a lift is not recorded.
