Good luck to all of the Furor CrossFit Athletes at the CrossFit Forte Force for Families competition in Nashville!!

We are closed this Saturday for classes. We will be open on Sunday for class at 12p and 1p. Workout for Sunday posted below.

Sunday’s WOD

Warm-up:
Weakness Warm Up – athlete chooses based on their perceived weakness:
Run 1 Mile, Row 2k, Ski 2k, 100 Bar Facing Burpess, or 100 Cal AAB
then,
Push Press Warm Up, 5 Reps of Each w/ Empty Bar
Strict Press
Pause Dip + Push Presses
Repeat With a Light Load

Strength:
Push Press
2-2-2-2-2
*Start @ 75% of 1 RM, intent is to add small amount of weight each round.

Partner WOD:
One Partner working at a time.
5k Row for Time
then
100 Sit-ups
150 Push-ups
200 Air Squats
