Nutrition class for members only at 5p. Open gym will be from 4 – 5p. Come in to learn about nutrition from our nutrition coach Dana Bird! She will go over any questions you have and will present a lot of information to you. Be prepared to take notes!
Whether you are new to the box and CrossFit or not, your body deserves a rest day to recover. Hydrate, stretch, and stretch some more!
