REST DAY!!

Be good to yourself and allow your body the time it needs to heal and repair. If you’ve made it in days 1 through 3 of this week, then you definitely need the day for low impact, low intensity recovery. Feel free to come in to open gym to spend some time working on those weaknesses, do some light mobility work, or some light rowing to help relieve the soreness. If you missed a day, please come in to make it up. Let’s get pumped for Friday…you know we’re finding that back squat 5 RM! #cheekybottoms
