Endurance Training

Seeking capacity to work over an extended amount of time? We offer an endurance class Saturday at 10am! The class will consist of a 10 – 15 minute warm-up followed by a 30 – 45 minute workout. These workouts will typically be at a high repetition count to build endurance and the ability to work through thresholds. Movements will vary from running, biking, jumping, squatting, push-ups, wall balls, pull-ups, burpees, lunges, kettlebell swings, etc. If you have questions regarding the class, contact us!
